I am an experienced Baker and Pastry Chef who has made artisian breads, rolls, danishes, doughnuts, cookies, French pâtisserie, Italian deserts, and custom cakes.  I have graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, and am certified in Le Cordon Blue Pâtisserie and Baking, and have worked at the Paradise Valley Country Club, the Terravita Golf & Country Club, the Boulders Resort, and was contracted to make custom wedding cakes for the Satisfied Frog’s wedding packages.
